Active Home Care Services, Inc. provides in-home physical therapy services to improve the quality of life of our clients. We do this by reducing or eliminating pain, increasing mobility and motion, and promoting the prevention of further injury.
During our visit, our physical therapist will conduct a thorough evaluation of the patient’s unique needs. Based on this evaluation, our physical therapist will then create a personalized treatment plan and exercise program.
